Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise my print?
Each product page has a live preview tool — just enter your details (names, dates, messages, etc.) and you'll see exactly how your print will look before you place your order. What you see is what you get.
Is there a character limit on personalisation?
This varies by product and design. Each product page will show you the available space and any limits. If you're unsure whether your text will fit a particular design, feel free to email us and we'll help.
Can I change my personalisation after I've placed my order?
Because we begin production quickly, we can only make changes if you contact us at support@animaprints.co.uk within a few hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make amendments. Please double-check all your details before completing checkout.
Can I request a completely custom design?
We're always open to hearing ideas. Email us at support@animaprints.co.uk with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Each print is made to order. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days, after which your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
So the total time from placing your order to receiving it is typically 5–10 business days for the UK and 8–15 business days for Europe.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and across Europe.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Products & Quality
What sizes do you offer?
We offer multiple print sizes across our range. Available sizes are shown on each product page. All prints come framed and ready to hang or display.
What is the print quality like?
We use premium quality materials and professional printing through our production partner Gelato, who operate facilities across the UK and Europe. Every print is produced to a high standard with vibrant, long-lasting colours.
Will the colours on my screen match the actual print?
We do our best to ensure accuracy, but please note that colours can appear slightly different on screen compared to print due to differences in monitors and display settings. The difference is typically very minor.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We encourage you to use the live preview tool and double-check all details before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens. Email us at support@animaprints.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll reship your order free of charge. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
What if there's a mistake in my personalisation?
If the error was on our side, we'll reprint and reship your order at no cost. If the error matches what was entered at checkout, unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund as personalised items are made to your exact specifications. This is why we provide a live preview — please check it carefully before ordering.
Gift Buying
Can I send a print directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. Your order confirmation and any correspondence will go to your email, not theirs.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but it's something we're working on. In the meantime, if you'd like to gift someone the choice of their own personalised print, email us and we may be able to help with a solution.
