Shipping policy

1. Production Time (How long to make it) Every artwork at Animaprints is made to order just for you. We do not hold stock.

  • Design & Printing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to print, frame, and quality-check your order.

  • Note during holidays: During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Christmas), production may take up to 4 business days.

2. Delivery Estimates (Once shipped) Because we use a global network of print studios (including local production in the UK and Europe), your order is printed as close to you as possible to ensure speed and reduce carbon footprint.

  • United Kingdom: 2 - 4 business days

  • Europe: 3 - 6 business days

  • USA & Rest of World: 5 - 10 business days

3. Order Tracking As soon as your art leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

4. Our "Lost Package" Guarantee We know how important this gift is. While rare, delays can happen.

  • The 14-Day Rule: If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package is more than 14 business days late based on the original estimate, we will automatically produce and ship a replacement free of charge.

  • Please contact us at support@animaprints.co.uk if you believe your package is lost.

5. Incorrect Address & Returns It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Address Errors: If our team needs more information to deliver your package, we will contact you via email. Please reply within 48 hours to avoid delays.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address provided by you, or because it was not claimed from a pick-up point, we will need to charge a standard reshipping fee (approx. £5-£10 depending on size) to send it out again.

6. Customs & Duties

  • UK & EU Orders: Because we print locally within the UK and the EU, there are typically no customs duties for these orders.

  • International Orders: For orders shipping outside of these regions, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the destination country's regulations.
